Sportmaster sues Kari
Sportmaster is suing Kari, according to information from the Arbitration Court's card index, for violating exclusive rights to a trademark. In March, the sports goods chain filed a claim for 1,3 million rubles in the Moscow Arbitration Court, and the hearing is scheduled for today, July 11, Shoppers reports.

Sandals of this model, made in China, are sold on the Kari website in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. The model has the Kari logo on the insole. A similar model is present in the collection of Sportmaster's own brand Demix, with the difference that the straps and insole have the Demix logo.
A pair of sandals is offered at a discount on the Sportmaster website for 3499 rubles. According to the description, the shoes are made in Vietnam.
