Russian accessories brand Radical Chic has presented a new collection of exquisite scarves based on traditional Japanese painting. The scarves' design is inspired by the collection of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts.
Have you heard anything about the Yamato-e school of Japanese painting from the 11th and 12th centuries? Radical Chic artists used the main techniques and symbols of this school in the design of the scarf, named after the art school "Yamato-e".
In the design of the "Dao" scarf, the artists wittily and philosophically discuss the vicissitudes of fate. The monkey distracted the beauty, she dropped the umbrella, and therefore this year the chrysanthemums bloomed earlier than usual. The "Liberta" design is a story about perfection and illusions, in which the black swan symbolizes the unpredictability of life.
Clothing and scarves made of natural silk, wool and cashmere Radical Chic are presented in seven mono-brand stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg and online, as well as in 35 points of sale throughout Russia. Collections are created in Moscow and manufactured in-house in Russia, where historical traditions are maintained.
