Ekonika is releasing a capsule collection of men's footwear in collaboration with Gotleb.

Ekonika's collection now includes men's footwear! The brand launched its men's footwear line with a collaboration with local handmade shoe brand Gotleb (formerly Gottlieb Schwarz), founded by shoemaker Andrei Zhakevich.

Ekonika's management has long been eyeing Zhakevich's expertise. In 2018, Ekonika Vice President Sergey Sarkisov and Gotleb founder Andrey Zhakevich appeared on the television show "Now I'm the Boss!", where they exchanged experiences and opinions on footwear design.

Much time has passed since then. Andrey Zhakevich suspended operations at Gotleb and left the country. But recently he announced the resumption of his shoe business in Russia.

And now comes Gotleb's first collaboration with Russia's strongest premium footwear brand.

Ekonika is expanding its consumer reach by adding a men's line to its product range.
