Christian Louboutin Releases Leopard Print Shoes and Bags Collection

The leopard collection from French luxury shoe and accessory brand Christian Louboutin was developed exclusively for sale at the Neiman Markus department store chain and is aimed at the brand's American fans.

The Animalia collection includes 19 items - seven women's shoe models and six women's handbags, while the men's range includes four pairs of boots, a leather bag and a hat.

Notable styles include Vibella 85 pumps and Sweetie Jane ballet flats for women, Penny loafers and Louis Juniors Spikes sneakers for men, and Cabata and Le 54 tote bags.

The collection will be available in 35 Neiman Marcus stores and online.

According to a Neiman Markus spokesperson, leopard print was chosen for the collection because it is the "most neutral" for the department store's customers.

“I’m so excited to bring this print to life on Louboutin’s best-selling silhouettes. We wanted to collaborate on something that would resonate with different customers and lifestyle aesthetics. We have something for everyone, from flats to platform sandals, as well as handbags and totes. Thanks to our close relationships with customers, we know that Animalia’s exclusives will resonate with our loyal Louboutin collectors,” a representative of the luxury department store chain said.
