Christian Louboutin Releases Capsule Collection of Cassia Lace Up Shoes in Nude Shades

French designer Christian Louboutin picked up the ballet shoe trend with the release of Cassia Lace Up shoes. These high-heeled shoes are inspired by ballet shoes – a square “pointe” toe and ribbons that tie at the ankle. The silhouette has won great love from fashionistas, top models and socialites. American actress and hip-hop star Cardi B called this model the “fashionable” shoe of 2025.

Christian Louboutin was quick to release a collection of Cassia Lace Up shoes in nude shades.

The Nude collection, which was first launched by Christian Louboutin in 2013, now seems as much a fixture of the French brand as its signature red sole. “It’s important to understand that nude is not a beige color, but a concept, and it should be plural to reflect the full spectrum of leather tones,” says Christian Louboutin.

The shoes are made from soft crepe satin, a material reminiscent of traditional ballet flats, and are tied at the ankle with matching satin ribbons. The top is decorated with an elegant matching bow, which emphasizes the graceful lines of the shoes. The collection includes 5 nude shades, which are complemented by models presented in red and black, as well as platform shoes and 15 cm heels.

The Cassia Lace Up Nudes collection is available now at Christian Louboutin boutiques and exclusively at Saks Fifth Avenue, both online at saks.com and at the Saks Fifth Avenue flagship store in New York City.
